The Cabinet Rabah ALLIOUAT handles all opposition to public recovery: CASNOS, CNAS, CNR, CNAC. These disputes are mostly governed by the Social Security Code. They concern affiliation, contributions, benefits (family allowances, death, invalidity, sickness, maternity, old age). For health disputes between the fund and the insured, a medical expert report should be obtained before seising the competent court. General litigation includes a mandatory administrative phase before the amicable appeals commission and, where applicable, a judicial phase. Maître Rabah ALLIOUAT appears before all competent courts to ensure the administration respects the rule of law.
