Administrative Litigation

Book IV of the Algerian Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure governs procedure before the administrative courts, which were established to hear disputes to which the State, the wilaya, the commune or a public administrative body is a party. The Cabinet handles all administrative litigation matters before the courts: applications for annulment, interpretation or review of the legality of administrative acts adopted by the wilaya, the commune, local administrative bodies or central administrative authorities.
