The Cabinet advises and represents you before the courts in disputes relating to co-heir joint ownership, partition of estate assets (applications for appointment of notaries for establishment of frédha and of experts for partition plans, applications for approval of partition plans). The Cabinet also acts in enforcement of contractual obligations (sales, leases, etc.), payment of rent and eviction applications in residential leases, and applications to halt work on jointly owned property.
